For this reason, we work with a unique Global Cultures program which integrates all academics and arts. Through this we focus on the helping both child and adult come to see their own strengths & struggles reflected in all peoples, and experience human greatness in all, regardless of nationality, race, or religion.

Our Approach
Enki is a unique and innovative approach to alternative education, that works with a Developmental Immersion/ Mastery approach to curriculum. Immersion and mastery are the two core aspects of the learning method; content is chosen according to the child’s developmental needs and interests. Throughout the program, All academics are introduced through the arts. Children are first immersed in the living quality of what they study. Through storytelling, visual arts, movement, music, manipulatives, activities, and projects this alternative education soaks in the qualities and living textures of what they are studying. Then, on this rich base of connection to life, they bring what they have absorbed to mastery through intellectual exploration, discussion, exercises, practice, and concrete application. This process allows the children to absorb, engage with, and retain what they have learned. Enki Elementary Programs

We are excited to announce the release of the new comprehensive Kindergarten Program with updated material and a full guidance program. All new Enki programs include extensive, enriched materials and both live and recorded guidance calls to support teachers, at home and in the classroom. Find out more here.
Enki Teacher Training Program
Our goal is to help each participant meet new parts of himself, bring his or her own wisdom and confusion to light and discover a way to work with children that expresses his or her personal vision and passion for life.

Enki Virtual Community School
Enki Virtual Community School is an online school for grades 6, 7& 8/9. Peer relationships and learning are necessary components at this stage in a child’s journey. Using Enki methods, a class of 8–14 students is led by a senior Enki teacher in an online, community format. Find out more here.
Consultations
Enki Education founder and parenting consultant/educator Beth Sutton provides phone consultation support for parents. Discussions can cover a wide range, from the curriculum specific, to homelife in general, to child development, to family, to the path of the parent, to the personal. Find out more here.
