Kindergarten Program

Program Release to begin on June 15th, 2023

Kindergarten Program for the Homeschool and Classroom

This program is designed to support the teachers, whether at home or in the classroom, as they work to bring our integrated, Global Studies Curriculum to the child(ren). In order to bring you an expansive program and personalized guidance, we work with a subscription based model.

In the extensive Enki materials – described below with samples – there many choices so that you can choose what will best nurture your child(ren), Each Curriculum Resource Library runs about 250 pages so you have plenty to choose from!

We also provide a Teacher’s Workbook where you will find specific guidance on adapting the program to best serve your family or class.

For the Kindergartener, both now and for his life long learning, nothing is more important than being able to be deeply absorbed in his work and play. Therefore, we include information on neuro-sensory integration and activities that support this process so that the child can relax and settle into his world. As well, all our stories and activities, and the rhythms of the day, the week, and the month, focus on helping the child strengthen his natural gift for deep absorption. More on Kindergartner here.

As part of our “support the person teaching” commitment, we offer the materials in stages, when you need them. Your subscription gives you access to the following:

Enki Kindergarten Story Book: Folk Tales, Fairy Tales, and Nature Stories

The young child simultaneously needs to exert his independence, and also to know that the world is a safe and stable place. To support both needs, more than 50 traditional stories from around the world have been chosen and adapted to take the child out on a journey of challenge and then return him to his stable “home base.” From the safety of his imagination, the child gets to explore the world and return safe, sound, and unchanged.

In the 30 Nature Stories, which are original Enki stories, the children are led through this same process as it plays out in the cycles of Nature.

    Base Commitment:

Enki was developed because of our commitment to social justice, including seeing that all who want Enki, are able to have it. To that end, we operate on a sliding scale basis, starting at the top market tuition and offering needs-based reductions from there.

As well, Enki is committed to contributing to the cause of human and environmental justice. Historically we have donated a portion of profits to diverse nonprofits committed to these causes. However, at this time we are joining efforts to dismantle systemic racism and so, we will donate a total of $50 from each subscription sold to a combination of Color of Change and Indigenous American Justice groups.

    Return policy

You have a grace period to decide if Enki is a good fit for your family. If you let us know that you wish to return the Enki program within 30 days from purchase you are refunded the subscription fee minus a $125 administrative and intro materials fee. You may keep the Starting Up Booklet and small selection of audio files—feel free to share or pass along.
